Morning I sold a glass item and sent it via the Global Shipping Programme Team

I've sold a glass candlestick and it's been delivered by  Global Shipping Programme Team, it was very well packaged and highlight that it was fragile. It's arrived to the seller broken and the parcel damaged. Thankfully the seller opened a return request. 

What do I do as it's protected by the  Global Shipping Programme guarantee

Contact Ebay Customer Services - link below but they are not open yet, I think it's 'real people' from 9am on the weekend.

Remind them this is not your responsibility under the Global Shipping Ts & Cs and ask them to close the case and deal with it.  (Nicely, of course!)
