Money been held

Hello, I recently sold my toolbox through eBay. The auction ended and the buyer paid. The item has been collected but on paypal it says payment pending. This has been the same for a week now so how do I get my money? Thanks in advance

It's very unwise to have payment by paypal for collected goods, it's most unsafe for sellers, it should always be cash on collection.

Aside from that, Paypal hold payments for new or infrequent sellers
