Memory card item removed but paid for

As you can see, no reason was given for removal!  They just leave me there guessing.  Then I went to contact ebay which is like trying to talk to the queen lol.  Have robots taken over or something???

Anyway, is this likely to be a mainland China scam (e.g. lied about memory storage capacity)?  Item hasn't arrived yet so it's going to be really anoying waiting 10 days before raising a resolution (not knowing whether to order another one or not).
