MC011 AND EBAY REFUSING TO PAYOUT

Got mc011 2 days ago and now i asked them when i can receive my payout they said escheatment process has been placed on my account and i have to contact state attoruney . any advise please?

Do you understand what escheatment Means? To me it sounds very unlikely, who has mentioned this.

As far as I am aware, in the uk there is no State Attourney.

I do know what is escheatment and 100% sure there's no escheatment in the UK either but the Ebay advisor just replied me that
