Lost item

I received an email saying the buyer had paid and was told to send it ASAP which I did on Monday.

I have checked my balance and no money has been received and it's likely to be too late for me to stop the delivery. I'm working until 10 today which means I'll have to wait until tomorrow anyway.

I didn't even know this could happen which is dreadful, and to receive an email about it 5 days after is ridiculous.

I've paid postage now and lost out on a dress...
