Likning paypal & ebay accounts

eBay,

Having called 4 times and waited about a month now I'm starting to lose patience and get annoyed. I'm trying to list items on ebay but I keep on getting redirected to set up payment fees automatically.

I don't want to give you my bank details and want to pay using paypal - but whenever I enter my login details, I get this error message: Unable to use this PayPal account to set up monthly payments for your selling fees. Please try another PayPal account

I keep on getting told that it's an ongoing error and try again in a few days etc, but I'm not going to wait any longer. I spoke to 'Celyn' (employee number 55943) and want this problem to be solved ASAP.

Please help, otherwise we are going to give up and not sell on ebay.

UPDATE: my bank details are on paypal and I already use this paypal account on my other ebay accounts for my other businesses - what i meant was I dont want to give my bank details to ebay as well, and i want to pay ebay fees using paypal, like I do with my other ebay accounts
