Item paid for but not received

I paid for an item and haven't received it but any contact attempts have been unsuccessful this is taking the pee and I want my money back!

I shouldn't have to wait so long for eBay to step in while the seller is out there with my money!
I tried contacting the seller even before they said they sent the item and no reply!

I have contacted the seller many times even before the item was sent out and even on his PayPal email which turned out to be fake!

I have opened a case but this is stupid making me wait as its clear this is fraud with another buyer giving feedback saying the same thing and absolutely no replies.

If it's quick enough to take my money it should be quick to give it back

More should be done to stop these fraud sellers
