I want to cancel a purchase, but seller not responding to any messages

Hi - I purchased two pairs of shoes from a seller and asked a few times about the possibility of combined postage.  I have had no response to many messages and don't want to pay double the postage I know it will cost so I want to cancel the purchases. The seller is still not responding to my request so I don't know what to do next.  Do I just ignore the items and not pay or do I need to escalate it somehow? I have 100% positive feedback and don't want to spoil this when I've done everything I can to be reasonable with the seller and cancel the purchase but I don't know what to do next.
