I purchased a diesel top from ebay

the first thing is that the top is white and in the description they mention it has a mark to front, I think I might be able to get this out and I only win the item for 50pence plus postage so not to bothered, I wait 10 days for the item to arrive , when it finally arrived the stain was on the front but also all over the back as well.

i try every thing to remove this stain nothing moves it even bleach I throughout this top as I can't use it which is a shame I contact the ebayer and tell them they need to be quicker in there delivery and be more careful with there discripsion not asking for any money back as I only paid 50 pence . She has given me nasty feed back saying not to buy of this person leave well alone, I have done nothing wrong and I want this removed as am the one that has purchased a item she is the seller and misleading ebayer said with her descriptions...how can I remove this feed back as am not happy with this as I have done nothing wrong
