I bought something and gave it negative feedback b4 I even got it, now I don't know how that happened apart from me having a twitchy thumb at times. And the seller wasn't happy which I could agree with, but I didn't even have the purchase and they should have known that. However there moaning at me 2 change it, which I would if I knew how 2. And eBay is committed to annoying us with the same questions and getting nowhere. Buyer seller etc, when all I want to do is change the feedback, however, you can't do that on ebay without a million same questions time after time. And no contact number?
