I have some large wall clcoks for sale:

which I would like to sell internationally however due to they are quite expensive to send Royal Mail so I was wondering if anyone knows more about the Global Shipping Programme to see if it would be feasible to sell through this and post to an UK shipping Center?
I don't appear to have an option to do this when I list an item and can't find any info on the programme and how to join etc....
