I recently won an auction for an item which when it arrived I discovered had a part missing, I contacted the seller who has very honourably offered to refund some of the money which I'm happy to accept as a compromise, can any one tell me how to raise an invoice for the agreed sum of the refund, as I've never done that before. Huge thanks for your help.
