a customer wants to delete my negative feedback and he can't, I tried to send the request once more and it won't let me, please help me.

Try using a Pc instead of the ebay app,or mobile device,as the app if full of issues along with some android devices

I'm not sure when you sent the first feedback revision request, but it has to be sent within 30 days of receiving the feedback, and the buyer has 10 days to revise it.

This item was sold on 28th February so I imagine it's beyond the time limit to revise it now.

Seems you are out of time to send a feedback revision, but you're still in time to leave a follow up?

Leave a polite follow up message explaining the feedback was left in error, buyer requested for its removal but request sent too late to be managed.
