I sold a Corgi Model Aeroplane and the buyer in USA (I'm in England) has sent photos of the crushed box and damadged model box. The couriers have not looked after it on route. I selected Global Shipping Program which was used, but I can't find anywhere to contact eBay to claim on the insurance for the damadged item.
How do I start the claim process??
