Getting charged even through they took money off my item

Can someone help ive only sold 1 item since having my account and they charged me by taking money once i sold my item now they are charging me £3.50 and have suspended my account what is it for and what do i do?

Paypal takes their 20P + 3.4% immediately and eBay invoices for their 10% later.  They normally are very good at getting their fees correct and if you do not pay well then ....

When buyer pays you via paypal, paypal charge their fee immediately, 3.4%+20p.

Ebay invoice you monthly for their 10% of sold price+P&P.
