Hello!

I have purchased 1TB silver metal bullet USB 2.0 flash drive (Stick / Pen / Thumb) . When starting to use it, it stopped at one point to copy data to it. After removing it and reattaching, the data, that was already transfered, was missing, but the storage was taken. After consulting with my brother, who is working as IT Manager, he explained, that this must be fraud and thatthis Flash Drives BIO has been hacked to make it look like the 1Tb capacity.
I tried formating flash drive, but it did not help. At first seller offered partial refund, that I refused, now seller wants the item to be sent back. I want my money back, but I also want the seller to be stopped from continuing selling these fake Flash drives. How should I contact the ebay main people, to help me and do I need to contact anyone else, like police?
