I purchased a JBL Bluetooth speaker 2 months ago. Used it no more than 10 times. Now its faulty. Or it is like i  suspect counterfeit.  The Seller doesn't respond and eBay won't let me leave feedback.

Unfortunately,  you cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt.  If they are not,  a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  to return the item for a full refund.

If you bought this from a Private seller you are too late to claim a refund.  Try your payment provider for help with a refund here.

If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this,  then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps,  if you wish to take this further.

Thank you for the reply. For the £25 it isn't worth my time and effort. But
more and more garbage, counterfeit items are being sold on ebay and
they're doing nothing about it. It is getting to the point that it is to be
absolutely avoided unless the seller is reputable. If they don't allow you
to leave feedback, or don't respond to your concerns, chances are they are
not reputable.

If you are within 60 days you can leave feedback but you mustn't mention ' fake'  or any eBay involvement,  this is cause for the seller to ask for its removal.

Just say something like.....  Disappoiinted as the item didn't match the description or photos of the item.
