Hi I purchased cctv system & had nothing but problems with it, I received a partial refund! I left negative feedback! So how come it's been removed?

You haven't told us exactly what you wrote, so hard to be exact,  but there are feedback rules to follow.  If broken,  the seller can ask for the feedback to be removed.

Any mention of a case,  a refund or any eBay involvement breaks those rules, and can be removed.
