Hi

I posted a netral feedback for two returned items, since then the buyers have been contacting me asking me to revise the feedback.

Is this normal and if I did want to revise my feedback how would I do this.

Neutral feedback left on a sellers account equals a defect by ebay,affects there account  and can affect there ability to sell,so always give a seller a chnce to resolve before leaving anything but positive feedback.

To change the feedback it needs the seller to send you a feedback revision request,and you contact a seller and ask them to send one,then just agree and change the feedback and star ratings accordingly.Obviously just because a seller ask's doesn't mean you have to agree to any change.
