Hi, I purchased an iphone 4 on the 9th Jan. After waiting 3 weeks for Tesco to unlock the phone, I connected to itunes that asked to update the software. That failed but I had an error 14 show. After taking it to a phone repair shop they said it wasn't repairable. How do I stand to get a refund please.
