 Cash on collection (or Cleared Bank Transfer) is safest and  best payment option to avoid complications ... a signed copy of the order details is useful if you need to prove delivery/collection at any time >

As far as I know you only get a QR code if you're paying in advance via ebay.    More info here:

If you're paying with cash the seller can just mark as payment received and item dispatched.  There's no payment to be released by ebay so it's less important.

You also get one if the buyer chooses cash on collection as the payment method at checkout.   But I think the buyer has to have used the app.
