Cordless Kettle is broken after 30 days

A cordless Kettle I bought last October has stopped working, I can see the listing on my purchased list but when I click on it there's no seller to contact about it.

If this was bought from a Private seller,  no point trying to contact them now as your rights for a refund was 30 days,  as in eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

If from a registered UK business,  you should be able to pull up the seller's details unless they are no longer registered with eBay.

See perhaps to changing the device you are using, if the app or mobile browser,  switch if you can to a PC /laptop and use Chrome or Firefox they work best,  and try from there.

7 months is way over the time allowed to make any claim via ebay,and evan most high st stores wouldn't accept a return at this point in time either.

Best buy another one 😉
