Cant buy an item, it says "Unfortunately, this item cannot be sent to Spain"

Hello guys, i have tried to buy an item but i receive this message

"Unfortunately, this item cannot be sent to Spain.

But don't give up just yet..."

I have contacted with the seller but he says it´s an ebay problem because he can sell to EEUU and other countries. How can we solve this?

You are in Spain and on the Uk boards

Sign out of ebay.co.uk and then into ebay.com or he site for ebay spain

Then try again

What type of item are you trying to buy?

Some items are restricted for import/export or carrier restrictions.

This sounds more like a Spanish national or EU prohibition on the importation of this item.

If it was just the seller who didn't deliver to Spain eBay would have said so.
