Canceling automatic payments on offers

How do I cancel automatic payments on acceped offers

Are you the seller?  Only sellers can opt out of the immediate payment required from buyers when accepting an offer.

Then,  go to your Site Preferences >> B uyer Requirements >> Your buyers managing who can buy from you.... to the right there click on Edit.

On the page which appears scroll to the bottom you will see where to untick the box here:

Buyer payment requirements

Require buyers to provide a payment method before they make an offer. 

Submit

 

You may need a PC / laptop and not the app or mobile browser to do this. Chrome and Firefox work best.

As a buyer ,if you pay using pay pal you can log into your pay pal account and unsubscribe from ebay and automatic payments being made.

If you pay by other means you don't get the option to opt out of immediate payment when making offers that get accepted
