Buyer says didn't receive, carrier says it was delivered.

Hello, I have a question. Firs time I have this situation and not sure how to respond. The buyer payd for an item at 06 Jan, the same day item was dispached and delivered to a buyer the very next day 07th of Jan. However the buyer opened a case, did not receive. On my behalf I sent him tracking info and delivery date. What other actions should I take to resolve this issue?
