Buyer return request

A buyer want to return an item saying it's damaged and these damages weren't in the photos, the photos in the listing show no damage because there was none, eBay have accepted his refund case, when the damage has clearly happened since receiving??? How is that my problem???

Ebay never see the item, but always believe buyer if they say damaged.

Issue returns label through case and refund on return.

If you refuse or ignore case, ebay make you refund buyer and they keep item.

EBay never seesthe item concerned, either before or after delivery. A typical reply that other sellers in this position tell us they received from eBay is: "Although we understand that you received your item back in a different condition than it was in when you sent it, we unfortunately couldn't determine that this was caused by the buyer."

eBay seems to give the benefit of any doubt to the buyer, and requires the seller to refund them. eBay's money back guarantee scheme is unregulated so there is no right to any independent appeal against their decisions. eBay has become a risky place to sell things.
