A buyer has requested a return I have no returns set up. He is in France and the postage will cost £13... But however according to my tracking info he has received the item on the 20th. Today it is the 26th he is claiming that there is a hole on the item there was no holes on the item and I clearly stated that the item is 2nd hand. What do I do?
