You are a new seller , you will need to register for eBay's Managed Payments, so that when your item sells you can receive payous from those sales. See here:

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Your initial payouts may be held for up to 21 days as eBay need to see that the items you sold and been paid for, have been delivered to the buyers. Tracking showing delivery helps to release those initial payouts sooner, so enter those tracking numbers where you marked the items as dispatched.
