I returned one item month ago which was broken but I still didn't get my refund and couldn't get in touch with eBay customer service. Does anyone know how to reach them
Did you send it back tracked?. Did you open a dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page?.
If you are out of time to escalate the dispute and you paid by paypal then open the dispute there.
You have to put the tracking of the return onto the dispute and escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days
Return cases have to be escalated to ebay within 30 days. If it's still within that timeframe go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
