Ebay blocked my bids

Ive tried to bid on jewellery ebay said i csnt as ive 2 umpaid . This was due to the fact that paypal were having difficulties and it took over a week to resolve. Thus i couldnt pay. But lately ive bought 3 dresses. Also ftom dunelm.bookcase ftom amazon

 The list can go on as i buy alot. What is their problem. Help

The Problem is that Sellers can Block Buyers who have 2 or more Unpaid Item Strikes on their Account. You will now find it very difficult to Buy on here again.

Im sorry it wasnt my fault if paypal had been operating nor just me but
hundreds of people in various countries had trouble i could have paid. I
can afford to bring the bottom line.

You can't blame seller, buyers make all sorts of excuses not to pay.You need to sort with ebay to remove strikes.
