Can anyone help me, I have been charged final value fee on postage when I didn't use the postage option and went to the Post Office myself and paid? Is this what eBay are charging me for????
ebay charge 10% of the postage that the buyer pays you as a final value fee, it doesn't matter where you buy your postage.
