I wanted to return an item because it (clothing) was larger than they described it, and as such this should be a free return under ebay's policy. I selected "wrong size" as the reason, because it is, but this said the return shipping would cost more than the item itself, so I closed the menu to start again, but this shut down the entire return request and now I can't try again or contact any staff. I've contacted the seller, but they haven't responded, and since I closed the return on my own I expect they don't have to do anyhing and they can keep my money.
What can I do?
It does feel natural that 'wrong size' best fits your situation but that reason equates to a 'change of mind' return and private sellers do not need to accept these kinds of returns.
You only get one chance to open a case. You could try asking customer services, see if they will be able to open the correct case, don't get your hopes up.
