how to open a return case when item say buyer does not accept returns

Been at this all day. Bought some coins which were no as described being tarnished when described as pristine..each time i try to open a returns cas efor a label I cannot get passed teh no returns accepted bit.

Doing my head in ..items not as descibed should be simple

How do i get this thru

You open a case from the item for "not as described".  All sellers must accept NAD cases.   You do only have 30 days from delivery though!

They send a label, you return.  If they do not send a label you escalate after 3 full business days and will get a return perhaps without return

Do not bother to contact the seller; it is all done through the case.

Was the item covered by Ebays MBG ?.It would show on listing at top right if it was.

Some categories are excluded and some iffy sellers list things in those categories to bypass the MBG.

Go to the listing in your purchase history

Select More options>return this item>Doesn't match description or photos

This will open a case for the item

Sounds like you are selecting the wrong option as ALL sellers must accept returns of items that don't match description or photos. They cannot refuse returns in this case.
