I bought a present for my grandson, the money was taken from my account on the 7th Feb. I have an account but stupidly signed in as a guest. I have no order number no email trail, no gift, and when I try to contact ebay I get stuck in a loop with the automated help saying they will send me an order information but never do!..someone please help me!!
