How long to get help from eBay?

I've been scammed, bought an item which hasn't arrived. Should have looked at the seller before buying as they have no previous sales and no feedback. EBay automated response said to wait til today and then I would be able to raise a problem but I still can't. Have also messaged the seller but I know that I'm not going to get a response. How long should it be until I can get it sorted? It's been 6 days so far

How long to get help from eBay?

You can't open a not received case until the last estimated delivery date has passed, that means the day after the last estimated delivery date.

You then have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to open a not received case.

Like your other none recieved item claims you have to wait until 1 day after delivery date. Post can be delayed and just because they have no history does not mean it will not arrive. If I could see in advance items are not going to turn up I would use that special power to win the lottery not chase up none recieved items before arrival

Try opening a case later on today or tomorrow, it may be that it is too early (as eBay servers are in different time zones).

 

Go to order details in your purchase history > More Actions > I didn't receive it

 

Then do NOT forget to escalate the case by clicking the "ask eBay to step in" option 3 days later or your case will close as unresolved.

 

You will be refunded in full unless the seller provides proof using a tracking number that your item has been delivered.
