I usually deal in smaller items and often buy and sell to Europe. Since 1st Jan, I attach a CN22 when sending a CD/DVD, but do EU coutries (namely France) have to attach a CN22 when mailing to the UK? I ordered a DVD FROM France which was posted on Mon 7th Feb but it hasn't arrived yet. The seller says she didn't need to attach a label as it was 'tarif lettre'. Is the delay likely because of the lack of a CN22?
