UPDATE FOR MY WIFE PENDING OPERATION

Okay finally we have been given a date for Louise's operation which will be on the 17th April so it is a little tense at home at the momment not in a bad way just getting closer and i see Louise day dreaming with a worried look on her face but i can only be here for her and we talk a lot which is a good thing ,all plans are in place with my work being supportive and givng me 2 weeks leave paid which is a bonus Louise's Mum has retired from work a little early so she can help out when i go back too work ,then my Mum will be coming down too stay for a month in early June so Louise will have plent people fussing over her which she will not like but its 3 too 6 mth recovery time so im afraid she will have put up with it for her own good .

Will of course keep you all posted when she has had her op and how it all went she will be in a induced coma for a day or so wont know how its all gone until then really .

My thoughts are with you all. Pleased as punch you have a loving home support network to help you - it will make a huge difference. The ICU teams are incredible. When Kelly was in hospital a couple of years ago I was in awe at the level of care and attention the ICU patients receive.

Well the op got cancelled and she now goes in on Monday 21st April instead Her op will be on the 22nd so i will keep you all posted on the how Louise is after her op.
