Opinions on this signed England shirt please

Hi everybody been some great replies as always i read as much as i can .

Any whoo I bought this shirt no COA but was told it was gained during the BT Open Reach campaign owner was involved bought it really cheap and have option of buying another but the red away.

I bought the other one yesterday both shirts cost me £28.50 no postage as they were local thats a cracking buy in my mind anyway .
Need to get them certificated before I sell them on anybody no anyone that is not too expensive ?
