I would have been over the moon with this reply as I have tried her on numerous occasions at different addresses and no luck until now.  She signed and sent back one 10x8 (no sign of the other 10x8 or index card) which I still would have been very happy with, however she didn't include the backing card and it has taken a real battering in the post.  The creases can't be seen that well on the scan but are really bad in the flesh and I think they are too creased to flatten out.  I will have to try again and explain what happened.
