Charity listing for sellers to donate missing

We had a problem with our paypal giving account which means we had to have it deleted and set back up by paypal. We have done this now but when sellers try to list an item on ebay and donate a proportion of their sales to us we no longer appear as a charity in the search. We still sell on ebay just fine and can be found when searching on charity.ebay.co.uk but no-one can donate to us any more. Ebay support thus far have no idea why... Anyone got any ideas?

I had a Charity team to review this and the reason you currently do not appear in the list of charities is because the PayPal Giving Fund is not fully completed. It is missing your logo and mission statement. Without these two pieces of the profile, the charity's profile would not automatically populate over to our eBay charity search.

Once you fill in this information, please let me know, and I'll let the team know that it has been completed.

Sorry, I never got the reply to this as I don't log into that account often (I'm currently logged into my personal account)! The team didn't alert me. I can confirm this has been done but no-one is able to see us in ebay still, can you chase it up for me?
