Hi @ne989834 ,

Thank you for your post.

If it is within 30 days since your order you need to open a case on your account. Go to your order details and on the drop down there is an option for item not received. This will open a case and the seller will have 3 days to resolve.

Thank you,

Kat

There's no radio silence from eBay, as you do not contact Customer Services, you do not have to speak to anyone, but you do need to open a case this way:

if you are still within 30 days of your item's last estimated date for delivery,  and  a reasonable time passed this,  and the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

If 30 days have lapsed as advised,  you need to contact your payment provider for help with a refund.
