logging in from work

Hi,

I recently tried logging in at work during my break and was immediately logged out and account put on hold until I changed my password.  

I recieved a message saying that Ebay suspected that someone else had accessed my account.

I believe this is because my works Wifi is through a Danish Network as although the factory is in the UK thier head office is Denmark.

Is there anyway I can set it up so that I am able to log in at work without this happening again.  As well as having to change my passowrd A listing that I had put on had also been taken down so I had to relist.

Any help would be great.

There's normally no problem in logging in from abroad.

I imagine that what rang alarm bells was using a foreign network from the UK. This is unusual enough to look suspicious.

You could phone custmer support, but I doubt they will of much help. Maybe your company IT manager could suggest a solution?

TBH.

I doubt it, by logging in from another country, as ebay see it, looks suspicious, so correctly they have stopped it, which you should be pleased about.
