is anyone having trouble logging in on ebay uk site with the captcha robot verification stage?

starting having trouble loggiing in th ebay uk site lately with the captcha robot verification stage, after clicking photo boxes and clicking verify nothing happens but if I refresh the page it either asks me to do it again or sends me to the US site to log in or if it doesnt work I click on the my ebay at the top of the page and sometimes gets me in to my account summary page. Or if i click the complete captcha box I get the opps page missing on screen then I click my ebay at the top of the screen and it either lets me in or sends me back to log in  again. very frustating, I do manage to log in eventually but why is this happening and why have ebay starting using this captcha verification stage it is very annoying. I use google chrome and I have noticed if I do not clear my browsing history I can log back in alright without the verification stage (I dont stay logged in), but if I clear my history I get all this again when I go to log in. Is anybody else having problems with logging in on UK site?

yes have had the same problems myself I get so frustrated i end up logging in via my google account.

I have contacted ebay and they say it was due to me browsing at ligthning speeds and that their system thinks I am a BOT.
