If you use the Advanced Selling Form to set up your listings - also known as the Business Listing Tool - then you can set your listings up as private listings. If you have items that you sell regularly then use the Advanced Selling Form to set up a template for that particular type of item, then once you have finished setting up the listing save it as a template before listing the item. That way, if you ever want to list similar items for sale again you can just call up the presaved template and all of the information that was saved on the first listing will automatically carry across to any other listings that you subsequently create with that template. Therefore, just delete the original photos and replace them with shots of the latest item being listed for sale, then delete the original item description and replace it with one that was specifically written for the latest item you're listing for sale. The information contained in the Item Specifics can just be left as it is unless you have some reason to need to change the information in one or more of those fields type in the new information and save the template again after doing so. If you do that then the updates will be saved as well, and you will not end up with a template that automatically loads up out-of-date information. It'll also save you a lot of time in the long run when it comes to setting up your listings, as you won't have to prep each advert from scratch and fill in every single section manually one by one - so long as the information in the Item Specifics is still current then the only things that need to be changed when you create a new listing are the photos and the item description.
