Changing your password should not prevent you from revising your items.
eBay do not have a phone number to call.
What items are you trying to revise , you cannot amend any if they have bids, pending offers, or less than 12 hours to run.
If the above does not apply contact eBay with this issue.
To contact eBay Customer Services, type Advanced Search in to Help & Contact bar top of your eBay page. Scroll down to the bottom of that page, you will see the options Have Us Call you or Chat With Us.
Both options will give you an approximate time you need to wait for a response from their team.
