Seller making false allegations before and after losing a case

Seller failed to comply after losing a case against them, failing to send a return label within the timeframe set by eBay. Consequently they are now threating legal action for the return of which I am concerned that after returning the item they make further false allegations. Do they have a legal right to make such demands given the outcome of the case?

use the prepaid tracked label to return the item and you have met your obligations.

 

If they don't supply the label then escalate the case to eBay.
