I have been scammed and I want my money back

I have bought an item from a scammer, there are many people in the same situation who bought an item from the same person. Item did not arrive, money was taken from my bank account but says payment pending!! So i can't even contact ebay to step in. How can I get my money back? Thank you

There is no option to ask Ebay to step in until the case you opened has been open for at least 3 days. But the case will show you a date when that option will appear.  If you've opened a case and it doesn't indicate a date, I assume you're outside Ebay's 30-day Money Back Guarantee period.  If that is so, open an Item Not Received case in PayPal or with whatever payment processor you used.
