Can't help you without clearer information. It simply isn't clear what has happenned.

If we knew the item number and could see the bidding history we could probably advise you within a few seconds.

Have you checked to see if your bid is still there? If it is, that means you've been outbid. Go to the Help pages (links at top and foot of any page) to learn how auctions work.

If it's no longer there, it means that the seller has removed it, which they're entitled to do.

You can always contact them to ask why, but they don't have to give an explanation. Selling on Ebay is really tough, so some simply won't sell to low-feedback buyers at all if they've had problems with them in the past. And problems generally arise when newbies dive in without learning how Ebay works or what their responsibilities are, and consequently think they can do as they please, eg. not pay the seller as contracted, which costs sellers valuable time and money.  If the seller won't make an exception for you (which I doubt they will), you will have to look for similar elsewhere.

Do you mean the seller cancelled your bid, or that you had been outbid. This can happen with Automatic Bidding, if so you can see that by clicking in the bid history on the top right.

If the seller cancelled I am afraid that some sellers do not like new bidders with low feedback, they forget we all had to start with O Feedback.

A seller does have the right to cancel bids,  you may not  ever know the reason why.  Did you by chance message them frequently about the item?

Has the auction finished with no bidders?  Then the seller  will still pay a seller fee on your placed bid.
