Anybody knows about ebay taking money from account without transparency and explanation?

Today suddenly from my ebay account was drawn a certain amoun of money. 

I checked paypal and ebay account and messages and there is no track or info.

I have one pending issue but the amount missing is greater than the amount pending.

No transparency, no track, no any kind of information. Just suddenly dissapearing.

No one here can access your account and can answer this for you with any degree of certainty.

You need to contact eBay Customer Services,  they have full access to your account and can help you here,  their lines are still open until 10 pm tonight.

To contact eBay Customer Services, type Advanced Search in to Help & Contact bar top of your eBay page. Scroll down to the bottom of that page, you will see Contact Us, and the option to use Live Chat, and sometimes, there is a Call Back system.

Both options will give you an approximate time you need to wait for a response from their team.

Your ebay account is only used for FEES, you do not normally have a credit balance for anything to be taken from it.

Better explanation is required of what has been taken from where.

Is it not for your Ebay selling fee's ?

Money taken from your ebay account?  That's not possible.

Do you mean your bank account and//or Paypal account?

And could it have been payment for your seller fees?
