I literally just made my account yesterday and just posted my first listing however a day after my listing went up my account has been restricted.
I received a message from ebay with the following link http://ocsnext.ebay.co.uk/ocs/cusr?query=2502&domain=email1505 the link takes you to a selling limits page which isn't relevant to fixing my issue.
The message said that following the link will ask me to sign in which it didn't so now I'm unable to sell anything and I don't know why my account was limited in the first place.
What can I do to get back to selling items?
sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question, there are so many places I wasn't sure.

It isn't the wrong place to ask - it's just that I'm not sure whether anyone here will have an answer!
We can refer people to eBay's procedures, but if they just don't work there isn't much we can do.
Does this link help? https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/buying-limits-restrictions/buying-limits-restrictions?id=4012&st=...
Otherwise, I'd leave it overnight and see if anything has changed.
EBay is very seriously glitchy at the moment and they've been tinkering with the site, which always causes problems. If necessary, use the Help ^& Contact link at the top of most pages (not this one, any more!) to reach customer support. Be prepared to be patient!
Follow up literally a few minutes after I sent this to the forum my account has been permanently suspended.
as stated before I have just started using ebay and made my first post the other day without any issue from ebay, the message says I cannot appeal this ban however I don't see what I could've done wrong in the space of a day with no prior warnings
